EES Delta Measurement is a manufacturer of multi point combustion and gas analyzers. The EES Delta Measurement system is specifically targeting gas measurement of CO, O2, NO, NOx, SO2 and temperature. EES Delta Measurement systems are designed for applications on coal and gas fired boilers, utility and industrial boilers and cement / lime kilns. The cost-effective design makes it ideal for use in a grid format, designed for optimizing combustion.
Each EES Delta Measurement System monitor includes a stainless-steel insertion probe, manufactured to customer desired length. Each monitor includes a full array of gas conditioning, including a two stage chiller, automatic moisture removal and static second stage drying of the process gas. CO monitoring is done by an internal IR bench. System includes Auto Zero of the IR bench, and automatic purging system for probe. Also included is one touch and automatic calibration functions.
Today's stringent environmental regulations require electric power plants to operate at much lower O2 levels than in the past. Good combustion across the furnace becomes critical under these conditions. CO measurement is a proven way to inform the plant of combustion conditions. O2 alone is not effective as O2 probes are often unreliable and often affected by in-furnace air leakage.
EES Delta Measurement CO monitors are a proven way to improve combustion - reduce NOx, LOI and slagging as well as improve efficiency. While the EES Delta Measurement CO monitors have been primarily used at electric generating stations, the system is also successful in pulp & paper boiler applications, and lime / cement kilns. Despite extremely high particulate and moisture content, the probe continues to operate without any pluggage, giving operators an accurate and reliable combustion gas measurement.
